The Ask
Our client, Jim had a dated kitchen, laundry and powder room straight out of the 60’s. Jim wanted a new fresh look that he could enjoy but also wanted to bring his house up to the standards of the affluent buyers in his neighbourhood.
The Solution
We designed a space that met their needs and tastes. We widened the opening into the kitchen to bring in natural light and tailored the cabinetry to suit the space. We build a custom eating nook with integrated storage that is capped off with white leather upholstery.
The Results
Jim has beautiful and functional spaces that serve him now and will be excellent when it comes time to sell.
